Venue

The conference is hosted at the Laboratory of Digital Sciences of Nantes (LS2N). It takes place in the main amphitheater of the new building of the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques (building 34). See above or on Google maps.

Access

• Tramway 2, tram station Michelet-Sciences. For instance by taking the tramway 2 at the tram station Commerce towards Orvault Gd-Val. Once arrived at Michelet-Science, here are the directions from the tram stop. (The website shows a character on a bike but the same path works by foot.)
• Nice stroll by foot or by bike from the city center along the Erdre river. Directions: by bike, by foot.
• Using the Naolib bike-sharing system, to/from the stations Tortière (low elevation) and Michelet (high elevation), then by following the directions above.

Accessibility

• The conference takes place in a recently-built venue respecting contemporary French norms with regards to accessibility for both audience and speakers.
• Both the venue and the tramway are accessible to mobility-impaired participants.
• For any other situation that could require special organisation (e.g., infants, sign language), please contact the organisers in advance so we can see how best to make the conference inclusive and accessible.

Lunch

The registration for the conference includes lunches for the 3 conference days, taking place in the hall and rooms ABC beside the auditorium. There is a wide range of food preferences covered, including végétarian and vegan. We will stay in touch with people with special food restrictions and find ways to adjust if necessary.

Conference dinner

A conference dinner takes place at the restaurant Le Un on Tuesday evening at 8pm. The restaurant can accomodate diverse food preferences, including vegan, as well as food restrictions on a case-by-case basis. It is accessible to mobility-impaired participants. The address of the restaurant is 1 Rue Olympe de Gouges in Nantes: directions by foot or by bike from the city center.
